Terms and Conditions

Agreeing to these terms

Using this site means you accept these terms; if you don’t, please don’t use it. We may revise them, and staying on the site means you’re good with the current version.

What you’ll find here

This is an informational and quote-request site for portable restrooms, handwashing stations, and restroom trailers around Sacramento. Nothing here is a binding offer until your booking is confirmed with you directly.

Estimates vs. your actual price

Any pricing, sizing, availability, or timing shown — including anything the on-site calculator or comparison tool produces — is a planning estimate. Your real rate and schedule are set when you call and confirm, and the rental is governed by that agreement. The calculator guides; it does not quote.

Keeping things accurate

We try to keep details right and current but don’t promise every figure or spec is perfect, and content can change without notice.

Our content

The layout, wording, logo, and images belong to the site operator or are used with permission, and shouldn’t be copied without written approval.

Outside links

Some pages embed third-party pieces like maps; we’re not responsible for how those services operate or what they contain.

No warranties

The site is offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a purpose, and we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sacramento Porta Potty and its operator won’t be liable for indirect or consequential damages tied to your use of the site. This doesn’t touch the terms of an actual rental agreement, which stand on their own.

Governing law

California law governs these terms, and any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts of Sacramento County, California.
